OP外掛進不去..麻煩幫個忙

我是第一次上來找外掛的
終於有點看懂的地方是我將別的大大放上去的台灣伺服器IP教的方法貼上去後
真的可以跑了
但卻馬上出現了以下英文字 :

The error message is :
Cannot load table file

請問是那個地方沒改到還是怎麼了?
麻煩請各位大大幫個忙
我是真的連怎麼進去都還不會~~
