.Download and install Cheat Engine

Disable any anti-virus programs before running Cheat Engine; some of these programs may interfere with Cheat Engine's operations.

Run Cheat Engine and click the computer button in the upper left corner of Cheat Engine's interface. You'll see a list of games on your computer which Cheat Engine can access.
4.
Scroll down to and select "RF_Online.bin." The words "no process selected," which appear to the right of the computer button, should change to a series of numbers followed by "RF_Online.bin."
==Item Level Cheat==
1.
Use this cheat if you want to make high-level items available to low-level characters and begin by giving the item whose levels you want to change to the character you plan on having equip them. Also, ensure that "RF_Online.bin" is selected.
2.
Set the value type to "Text" and enter the name of your weapon or armor, into the box labeled "Value."
3.
Press the "Next Scan" button until the result "XX 03 FF XX FF" appears; note that the "XX" values will actually be numbers representing level and PT requirements, respectively.
4.
Change the "XX" values to reflect the levels at which you want your character to be able to use the item. Changing BOTh "XX" values to "01," for instance, would allow you to use the item at a level and PT of one. (see references 2)
==Burst Fire Cheat==
1.
Use this cheat to greatly increase your weapon's rate of fire. Begin by ensuring that "RF_Online.bin" is selected.
2.
Set value type to "Text" and search for your weapon.
3.
Scan until you find the value "A8 08" and replace it with the value "00 00."
4.
Find for your character by searching for the character's name, making sure that value type is still set to "Text."
5.
Change value type to "Bytes" and add the values "80" and "3F" before "128" and "63," respectively. (see references 3)
